My take is simple: they have a right to state their case, and the right to a fair hearing from the ICC.

Do I personally think there is any bias in Hair's umpiring? No. Nor would I suggest it of any of the other top flight umpires in the game. But that is a different issue. Everyone is entitled to his "day in court", and that is what the PCB is reportedly seeking, and that is fair enough for me.
