my take is bit controversial so better i will not write it here otherwise moderators will delete this post
its good that somebody is ready to approach ICC for their grievences
often we see the former players and board officials talking about biassed umpiring not making a proper complaint or approach with ICC
if i am not wrong some time back i think last pak tour of england
david sheperd missed few of the no balls by english bowlers which resulted in wickets for them and loss for pakistan
wasim bari called sheperd a cheater but he was reprimanded by ICC that time
it is always better to approach the governing body with proper details so that one can advocate their complaints against any such action
