Being really honest I cannot see these guys progressing in the Champions Trophy. The two slots up contention are likely to be won by the West Indies, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh.

The fact that they seem to be finding more and more very average players, as they lose each of the good and best players, makes me sadder and sadder for Zimbabwe. Some of their Best XI would struggle to get a place in a club team anywhere else in the world, let alone a first class team.

The fact is that if we could find a Zimbabwe exile XI, it could actually compete on the world stage, it would be a huge amount better than the current cobbled together XI.
