He's also said he's very close to completing a deal with Yorkshire CCC to play as captain for them next season in place of Darren Lehmen (who retired at the end of last season) but a/c to Cricinfo this revelation could not yet be confirmed by the club it self. Cricinfo quote Stewart Regan, the chief executive of the club, as saying Younis is just some one they are "talking to".
