it's an old, but i guess relevant, discussion: - i don't see how one improves playing against equal (but in fact, slightly lower) standards to one's own.

if this sort of scoreline happens a few more times it wouldn't be a huge surprise if they were "demoted" in some way - tragic!! much better to integrate them into the SA set up (unlikely but plausable) or keep them going with "A" team tours till they start to fulfill what i think is a reasonable potential.

in truth , i'm out of the loop but as it was the school system that was the blood line of national team - if that's collapsed (and i don't know the extent of its influence now) it would indeed be time to shut shop. don't know how i'd cope but....i personally think there is enough here to consider developing but if there's nothing after - what's the point?
