Well, I dont think there was any injustice done to him. He was hired and he was fired and I dont see anything wrong in it. He can goto court if he was not paid for his services or anything done to him not in accord with the job contract. There is no point in weaning cuz it simply pushes him towards losing a battle on character and moral grounds.
