I feel that Kashmir Willow is a bit more variable, and definately won't last as long as english willow, so I would buy English willow if I had the choice.

The Matrixx I want is apparently Grade 1 English willow, and will be supplied to me knocked in, with anti-scuff and a toe-guard and postage and packing for £75, which I think is pretty good value.

My Top Banana was Grade 3 English Willow, and was supplied to me including postage and nothing else for £35.

A guy who plays at my club and is also a BA Steward, brings back Kashmir willow bats every time he goes to India - but some of the ones he's brought back are poor, and others are OK. In fact the one good one I've seen in action was an MRF.
