I agree that was a bright spot for the WIs to see two young guys bat to keep the Windies in the game.

Tony Greig was appalled to see the umpires offer the light when he believes there was enough light to play on. I believe Mike Proctor came out and had words with the umpires as well. Greig thinks there is too much of this happening around the world. The rules allow early starts which may be a factor in the umpires mind when deciding to offer the light.

Greig thought the bowlers should be reasonably happy with the day although they would have thought 250 was the target after Lara got out. He said the ENG batting is our real strength and is hoping they make 500 runs to put lots of pressure on the Windies. He expects the last wicket to fall early tomorrow.
