I dont think its a bad review team actually aprt from the fact its run by a guy who used to run golf. Maybe a fresh pair of eyes will help and he's only an administrator after all and if he's any good at that he'll let the respected ex players do the importnat stuff. If its any more than that I'd have reservations. BUT lets not fool ourselves. Its a REVIEW panel. In todays climate of double talk and spin doctoring, a review can and often means nothing at all. For example the panel could find alot of fault with captaincy, management and slectors but in reality the paymasters ie the ecb might just say "we'll take that on board" and "learne form our mistakes" and still keep dunc as coach, freddie as skipper, coaching stff the same and let the players drive straight from the airport to the first test.

So while, if handled correctly, they'll be some good points brought forward and all concerned will have to answer some very uncomfortable questions I cant see any major reforms happening.
