Well, its not about this generation. It is about the next generation. Bangledesh are a poor country, so a cricket player is high profile to most. The win over Australia will have put confidence high and made many youngsters willing to paly to be the hero. In about 10-20 years time, providing global warming hasn't flooded half their country, you could see a team with 5 or six players worthy of playing for the top nations. They, along with Zimbawbe, could try and compete amognst the top 8 if they can build a team.

The next generation for me is the one that wil count. If they can find and produce at least 5 or 6 truly world class players (maybe 1 'immortal' class player) than they can make it into the top 9 not the top 8. Same for Zimbawbe.
