Absolutely - and with piddly little boundaries I'd have expected much higher scores by some teams (Sri Lanka excluded, but then they always seem to score well). It seems a little odd that the ICCs flagship tournament is being played on grounds that, in some cases, don't actually meet ICC regulations!
