Excatamondo..... this much rain cannot be a freakish once in a decade occurence.. surely the WI authorities would have known this happens at the current time of the year?

And we can blame the ICC all we want... but th fact is none of the crowd rules are set without local admin support so if the trumpets et all were banned the WI authroties must have played a part.
