I'd go with Heal as the spinner: England's batsmen singled him out as more promising than Bailey and Cullen when they toured and his season has been productive. Note especially the HUGE gulf in economy rates: Bailey has some work to do to be trusted with the ball... but Heal looks ready NOW!
Code:
Name Mat O M R W Ave Best 5 10 SR Econ Team
AK Heal 8 220.3 41 603 22 27.40 5-57 2 1 60.1 2.73 WA
CB Bailey 9 325.2 38 1198 29 41.31 4-103 - - 67.3 3.68 SOA
Other than that, Andy McDonald is a new name to me.

I have an aversion to seeing 4 seamers in a side and would much prefer a balanced attack of three seamers and two spinners.... but it is very difficult to argue him down after such a successful season. Cameron White would compliment the other bowlers more effectively (especially on tracks that don't help seamers) but you man has built a strong case!

The rest of the side seems to me to pretty much pick itself!
