I very much doubt it, even if he was batting against a minnow side. First of all he bats too low down the order to hit a double century, and he can't bat higher up the order because he will get out due to the ball being new and swinging. He also cannot bat through the middle overs because this is normally the time spinners bowl, as we all know Flintoff is one of the worlds worse players of spin. If you still believe he is capable of scoring a double hundred, then just look at his recent performaces in the world cup, im sure that will change your view.

In my opinon the most likely batsman other than Ponting and Gibbs to reach the 200 figure would be or Dhoni, because he bats on batting paradises found in India, where there will be minimal bounce and movement of the pitch. Also he came close once when he hit a superb 183* off only 145 balls against Murali and co.
