Kirtley got hit on the elbow, not really where a bowler wants to get hit in all fairness. Onions produced a really good spell of 3 for 4 in 13 balls, while Harmy got the ball to spit up at the batsmen from just shy of a length. It's odd, Harmison always says he doesn't like bowling at Lord's, but when he does he always seems to bowl bloody well!
