Just had another thought regarding Kealy's lack of penetration this season - that could be down to his individual orders. On the match orders page, can you remember what bowling orders he's on, and whether you've tried anything different? It could be that he prefers defensive orders, for example, or a specific spot in the bowling order. Basically, it might boil down to you needing to experiment with him a little.
Other than that... with maybe one more really good player you should be looking at finishing in the top half of your division next year.
