Just have a look at Noffke's statistics for 2007/08

6 matches - 31 wickets at 20.22, bbi 6/33, Econ 2.79, 4x5wh
11 innings - 549 runs at 54.90, Hs 100*, 1x100, 5x50

Noffke has had a brilliant start to the season, there are some new up and commers this season and the one that has impressed me the most is Pomersbach.

He is a 23 year old Western Australian who in the Pura Cup has scored 488 runs at 97.60, with a highest score of 176, two hundreds and two fifties in seven innings. What is very impressive about Pomers is that in the pura cup this season is his strike rate which is an amazing 82.85. He also played in the 20-20 match and showed that he was very capable at international level.
