Fact is that England did not deserve a draw: Another fact is that the weather intervenes on the side of one side or another at some stage, so it's hardly Englands fault that they scraped this draw.

Sri Lanka deserved their series win, and I doubt any England supporter would have bothered had the score been 0-2, it just did not matter - the fact was that England lost the series, and that's what counts at the end of the day.
The margin was not relevent.
