I have always been disappointed by the no of test matches india plays in a test series. We dont have a 5 test match series. And play 4 tests only against 3 nations- Englanf, Aus, and WI. The indian board always tries to minimise the no of test matches in a series and increases the no of odi's. it has happened a lot in the past. Especially against smaller nations like ne zealand.
