I don't like it at all. Stopping and starting all the time would just annoy the batsmen. Can you imagine if you just got settled in and 3 of your partners fell? You would have to "get yourself in" all over again when it's your turn to bat again. It just sounds ludicrous IMO.
The toss has very little impact on the game anyway. If your team is good enough, they don't need to win the toss.
