Hi Bob! A few personal questions for you, hope you don't mind!

1) Saw your career stats at cricket info, and was fascinated to say the least to read about your 19 match test career. Surely you must remember the 3 test hundreds you scored, all against Australia, the best of them probably was the 149 you made in 447 minutes when England were following on, and at that time the Aussie attack was led by Dennis Lillie and Jeff Thomson, so I'm wondering you really must have been a gutsy character to confront them so well in just your second test. I know you made the decision to join World Series Cricket, and later even joined one of the rebel tours to South Africa, but I was wondering what you make of those decisions now after so many days have passed by and you've made a name for your self in coaching instead, do you regret not having played more test cricket for England?

2) How many people call you Robert, if any at all?

3) When was that picture of yours taken? By the looks of things it looks like Jason Gillespie’s hair style is inspired by the one you have in the picture on your player page at cricket info. Was that the fashion in those days?

Hi,

1. I have answered this question many times, Of course I have wondered if my life would have been different and I suspect that it would have been but I do not regret my decisions.

2. My mother used to. And a great friend of mine in the UK does.

3. I reckon 1975 it was the fashion then!
