well the problem with pakistan over the years has been the issue with their captaincy and rivals to and for that captaincy...there was the mess and fighting between imran and Miandad, waqar and wasim and Inzaman and lord knows whom. What this coach needs to do is say look ' this guy is gonna be your captain for the next year - 18 months and his job is to lead this team to victories and your job is to get runs and wickets'.

The other problem is the number of one test and two test wonders that they have been producing..way too many..they should look not only to spotting players but to developing them as well..
