ICC Intercontinental Cup

Well it looks like Scotland have had a great start and should win the champinship.

Admitedly they did play the Kenya "B" team, however, if they did win, what does this mean for the possibilities of Test status. I would like to see them included in the County Championship, but it may be better if they created theri own First-Class competition, would that be feasable.

Basically what is the possiblites of developing Scotland into a Test team? Is it possible, is it a good thing? Would it be too early? Unlike Bangladesh, they do not have a fan base...How soon would be too soon?
