I voted for Australia because from what little I've heard, we do have the strongest domestic comp in the world. The games are few and far between which fosters hunger, and because there is a lot of competition in trying to get into the national side, players are motivated to play at their best.
Having said that, there is a problem that is probably common world-wide, the gap between international level cricket and domestic cricket. Any mooted global '2nd string' comp would have to address that. I'd be interested in everyone's thoughts.
