It would seem Alison that if your rules are correct, then the following would apply.
1) The umpires were poor, and agent provocateur in this matter.
2) Vaughan was rude, and broke the rules himself, so enter :-
3) Clive Lloyd, it would appear broke the rules, following vaughan breaking the rules, following incompitent umpiring.
