| A big part of a tour is team spirit, much more so than when you're playing at home. You work and live with the rest of the squad. So Symond's actions will not have gone down at all well with his team-mates. He has let them, the management, the Australian fans and the paying public down badly. I agree that he should be sent home. Let someone else take his place who will take the opportunity, and the task ahead, more seriously. His decision to go out drinking showed extreme lack of repsect for the guys he's playing with and of Bangladesh too. He doesn't deserve to play for the best team in the world.
