Ireland's no quicker than medium though. His effect in the test arena remains to be seen. He'd have to move the ball quite a bit, and in the one-dayers he didn't get enough to suggest he would be a big prospect in the test arena.

He should attempt to turn himself into an Adam Dale type bowler. Adam Dale was only medium pace, but had great effect in One-Dayers because he could swing it a mile.
