| That's a tough one, RBLC, and I'm sorry for you. The Czechs always say about these things that if you treat them they will go away in two weeks. If you do nothing, it will take a fortnight. I think they're right.
My patented treatment for the symptoms, though not the cause, is a good slug of the MacAllan as and when required. You will find that three or four before you retire will not actually make you feel any better, but it will make you less likely to care about it.
