Clearly his action goes well beyond the 15% tolerance* Looks like he will either have to remedy it, or not bowl. I think this means he will still be able to play as a specialist bat though.

*This is what makes Murali special, he has proven consitsenty that he is well under the 15%, and was even under the 5% rule when that was enforced. Only his Doorsa bent more than that limit, and now with the 15% rule, it is fine.
