| Bowling Record Does anyone else find this whole Test bowling record scenario amusing. Yes, Warne is now the world record holder. And will remain so until Murlai comes back from injury, these guys will then swap as holders with every series, until Warne retires, and Murali will keep the record for years. Will Murali and Warne get applauded off each time they re-capture the record, if so then atleast once every series, they will be applauded off and ex-cricketers will send their congratualtions.. It is all very bizarre. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cricket/3745468.stm Last edited by flanflinger : 15-10-2004 at 10:58 AM. |

| My feelings exactly. It was great the first time but it's kind of silly now.

| Agreed completely. It's stupid to re-assess the record holders if the race is still in progress. Next applause should come for someone who overtakes the pair of them. |
