LOL Mike, know what you mean. Here in the UK we do not have any of ads, but apart from that the commentary team are the same... and really, having two Sri Lankans (Ranjit Fernando & Dharmasena), neither of whom is very competent at commentating, is a bit much! They are also very one-sided in their analysis, without being informative or entertaining!

The other three commentators are alright though (Holding, Robin Jackman and Raja). In fact, IMO..Holding, is pure class - very informative and has a wry, understated line in humour. His self-deprecating references to his own weaknesses when he was a bowler are rather endearing :-)

The adverts from ARY/Ten sports covering Pakistan cricket are excruciating to be sure. In the UK I think the complaints have led to a sharp reduction, otherwise previously they would cut in after every over and in some cases miss milestones or wickets when they over ran.

The commentary itself is still light years ahead of what it used to be...maybe that's why Pakistan fans (the few that bother turning up at test matches) are always holding up these stupid placards to show their appreciation.
