Not as an effective fast/seam bowler, he is not.

In other spheres of activity, he may well be, I am in no position to comment :-)

I rate Brett Lee as a bowler and think he has a lot to offer the Australian team in the future. I particulary remember one spell he bowled against England at Sydney in 2003 and he must have gone past Michael Vaughan's bat about 20 times before finally getting the edge and remember Vaughan was in the form of his life at that point- it was one of the best spells of bowling I have seen in the last 3 or 4 years.

If he could just stay injury free I reckon he is worth his place in the Australian team ahead of Kaspa as he adds one thing that none of the other Aussie bowlers offer and thats raw pace.

I think that Lee might be out to shock us all if he gets the chance.
