The thing about New Zealand in 1 dayers is that we always think we can win, even if it is against the worlds best, now dont forget u aussies that we havnt played anywhere near our full potential yet ,one thing we need to do is letting Chris Ciarns be a floater now. A few years ago he waz used in this role in a domestic match, he stayed in for 10 overs sorting out the pitch and so on and so forth. Then he exploded in a flurry of huge hits the like i can only compare with Nathen Astles 200 against Engalnd a few years ago now if we get our tactics right and keep our openers in for more than 2 balls we should have a good show again agenst aussie

It will be great contest either way.

When considering NZ's win/loss ratio, which is better than the Aussies, we must consider that it includes the matches against Bangladesh, and also the wayward West Indians. I think the Aussies have played better ODI outfits in the current year.
