| I must admit I thought we would lose but in doing so take them very close.I still maintain that the Aus players and nation underestimated us to such an extent that when we hit them with everything we add they were simply mentally incapable of responding.I also think Lords exacerbated this mental lethargy.Thanks to McGraths unique ability to bowl with the Lords slope they were able to come away with what looked like an easy victory.They forgot we monstered them in the first innings and allowed them way to many runs through appaling catching and fielding in the second. |
