Leicestershire v Australians at Grace Road

http://www.cricinfo.com/db/NEW/LIVE/...17JUL2005.html

I think Brett Lee is all but assured of a test place.

Gillespie picks up two tailenders, Kaspa picks up the captain.

Does anyone know why Kaspa got 8 No balls?!? Thats a little high for comfort and dent confidence in the bowler

Going down fighting I see...

Match isn't over, nor are the chances that both Gillespie and Kasprowicz will play in the first test. Lee may have found the consistency that's been holding him back for years. If so, he's probably done enough given the uncertainty in both Dizzy & Kaspa. If the selectors are not convinced about this, then I suspect Dizzy & Kaspa will front.

I see Langer is clearly out of nick and feeling the effects of not playing the ODIs! There goes one possible crumb of comfort for England ...

Martyn just scored a ton. Aus 429/3 with Ponting 113* Martyn 101*. This is a deliberate ploy by the ECB to lull Australia into a false sense of confidence methinks.

Aussies are looking good however Leicestershire are picking up quite a few wickets and so we will get you out in the tests if their bowling line-up can
