Stuart Clark

Called up as cover for McGrath and Lee.Any good?I thought you might go for Bichel as he is proven and knows how to bowl in England.

It's a bit of a surprise, and will probably be a bit of a gutter for Middx, who have only got one game out of him! I don't know where he fits in with Tait in the squad and Watson, Symonds and Bichel already in the country. He's a pretty good bowler though.

Once again a player from NSW is picked to play for OZ over a inform Victorian. Mick Lewis is killing them in Durhum, is ACB contracted and still gets over looked! He is what we really need with a bit of mongral and pace but instead they opt for sydney dildoe. Not surprised really!

Well, this'll fill Shaun Tait with confidence, won't it?

I agree davo, someone in love with New South Wales made this decision, Mick Lewis is quicker and more dangerous than this Kasprowicz lookalike will ever be.
I'm starting to think Mick Lewis may be a bit to close to Warnie for the ACB's liking, and they may also be scared of the publicity Mick and his Girlfreind (Hooksy's ex) may stir up in the Brittish media if Mick gets called up.
Mick Lewis is definitely more talented and in better form than Stuart Clark (who had a sustained run in Australia A a few years back and did nothing) this is another stupid decision from the worst selection panel we have ever had.

Merv Hughes stop being a wimp, and speak out about this crud !!!!!

I'm disgusted....

Clakre is a more accurate bowler who can stem the run flow.

Lewis is the most overated cricketer in Australia... We're in trouble if we have to call him up. Mind you...

Look at those economy rates... We dont need another Brett Lee. BTW. I already knew those stats... I think Lewis is overated from watching him bowl. He's another Simon Jones.

3.28 Beny is hardly in Brett Lee's league: what about tricky Micky's strike-rate though thats what the current Aussie team needs most .. a regular wicket taker, not 4 tests of Dizzy Gillespie bowling non wicket taking deliveries hoping to find form.. Mick's in form.
