Any ideas on how much a signed centenary test (1977) Australia v England bat may be worth?

Ive had it since I was a child and figured now is a good time to sell

thanks for your help

Is this what the bat looks like? According to this page there were only 250 made. Does your bat have a number? Does it come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Quote:
The value and collectability of a cricket bat come largely from its associations. Signed bats are reasonably common. Their value depends more on the status of a player or the importance of the event commemorated than on condition, although a well-cared-for bat will fetch more than one that's falling apart.
I notice many signed bats don't reach their reserve price on Ebay. If you want an idea of how much interest there may be for your bat you could auction it on eBay and have a rediculously high reserve price to ensure it doesn't sell at a price you'd be unhappy with.

Also you can check the completed listings of the past 15 days as a guide as to what similar items are selling for. How can I search for listings that have already ended (completed listings)?

Anyone else think that this guy was hoping for a few offers for his bat?

While we're on the subject of memorabilia, I have a bat used (alegedly) in the last ashes series by Adam Gilchrist, its as good as new, no marks or scratches!
