| He will be missed, one the most stylish batsmen in the Australian team. I will never forget his knock against India in the world cup final of 2003. He made 80 odd with a broken finger! A great innings even though it was against my favourite team. 10/10 for him to bow out at this stage, the timing was right.

| There is always a sense of comfort in watching Martyn play. Very stylish player with brilliant off side play. One of the most underrated batsmen. |
