Its OK the "Aussies" are not Finished yet

The Aussies have just lost the one day series to India, it is sad, yes, though the Aussies are not finished as a World Cricket power yet.

Fortunately as far as the Aussies are concerned the nation has many ready made players who can do the job.

With the likes of "Phil Jaques", "Chris Rogers", "Cameron White", "Brad Haddin", etc to enter the one day arena with those already in the team a 4th World Cup in a row is far from an impossibility.

Don't write the Aussies off yet, remember what happened this time last year, we lost to England and New Zealand, then won the World Cup, the Aussies have three years to win it again.

After winning their first series down under These indian fans have lots of over excitement, typical of people used to winning very rarely. winning 2 finals & so much arrogance!! Think of it, we have won 3 world cups in a row and have beaten them thrice in 2001 , 2003 and 2007 on their own turf in ODIs..

Indians are enjoying the moment, an away win is rare for them , we're so used to winning it that a slight deviation causes an uproar. Actually, I can understand the rest of cricketing world's inferiority complex. With some new faces , the indians think they can conquer the world ,when there has been no change in the champion for the last 3 world cups, ICC champions' trophy is also here.. LOL .the only trophy we need to win is the 20-20 .
And, in fact, Ponting's captaincy record is better than Stephen Waugh's. Some intelligent people think it's a result of playing too many home matches, as if the Aussies are the only team doing that! It's so ridiculous that whenever the result is anything other than an Australian win, the other losers start thinking it is the end of australian cricket.

Very true. Infact there was a program on CNN-IBN where in they criticzed media for making it a huge story in the . The simple truth is India has very rare sporting heroes. Cricket is national time pass.India has a pathetic overseas record. Hence, when India wins an ODI series in AUS,by beating AUS 2-0, its big news.

I also agree that of late, the new indian team(esp bhajj , yuvi , uthappa) has been sounding way too confident. Sachin as always been politically correct and balanced.

Dhoni is the optimum combination of confidence, arrogance and coolness.

we have some nice IND-AUS serieses coming ahead in the next 10 years
