| There will no doubt be a void with the loss of Warne, and the chances of someone as good as him stepping up to the plate are about as likely as winning the 1st division jackpot in lotto or the pools in consequitive weeks.
In the short term I think McGill and Symonds will take care of test spin responsibilities. In the medium to longer term I would say Cameron White will force his way into the team as a late middle order batter and he and Michael Clarke will take over the primary spinner roles. Also in such a team I think we may go back to playing 4 quicks
Beyond 2010 the team may resemble
Cosgrove (by this time knocking back male modeling contracts and sponsoring his very own fat buster pill)
Jaques (back in the team after a battle with anorexia)
Ponting (plundering the record books)
Clarke
