I just noticed the BBC write up on this all-time XI: I new the Waugh brothers both bowled... but hadn't realised that between them they have more ODI wickets than Brett Lee and almost as many as Shane Warne: see http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/cric...ia/6400949.stm

Code:
Bowling averages Mat Balls Runs Wkts BBI BBM Ave Econ SR 4 5 10
ODIs 244 3687 2938 85 5/24 5/24 34.56 4.78 43.37 1 1 0
ODIs 325 8883 6761 195 4/33 4/33 34.67 4.56 45.55 3 0 0

Steve Waugh
Highest Rating - 680 - ( 19/01/1988 )
Highest Ranking - 13 - ( 19/01/1988 )
Mark Waugh Highest Rating - 456 - ( 26/08/1996 ) Highest Ranking - 44 - ( 04/02/1998 )

I never realised that either, but in his early days Waugh (S) was quite an accomplished OD bowler, with a great slower ball.

Steve Waugh was a very handy bowler to have bowling at the death - back problems ended his bowling
