Would 20 yo Rod Marsh survive 60 yo Rod Marsh in charge

Just saw an interview with Rod Marsh on the morning news where he explained why the South Australian Cricket Board chose Mark Sorrell as the new state coach.
Rod said the day's of players nicking off behind the nets for a smoke during practice was a thing of the past he also hinted that exercise and controlled diets maybe part of the new cricket regime.
I personally dont think young Rod would survive under the regime of old Rod.
Mark Cosgrove may get a big shake and shape up.
