Are we all expecting to win the 20/20 world cup easily ?

Was just wondering how you think we will go in the 20/20 wc.

Are you expecting a stroll in the park or a tough series.

After been beaten by South Africa in a warm up i don't think it will change the result of the series.

An easy tournament i think for the Aussies to claim the 1st ever 20/20 world cup and every possible cup in international cricket.

because of the compressed format it's actually more wide open than the ODI WC.

An individual player in 20/20 can put on a performance capable of lifting his side to victory over a weaker opposition easier than in one dayers. Aus could be cruising to victory only to have three wickets taken in one over or a batsemn could smack a 45 ball 80 to steal a run chase.

I don't think any side should be too confident as the game brings the teams closer together. having sadi that aus are the favourites tho (for good reason).

Interesting.

England won't be the sixhitter in the 20/20 world cup.

Even though we had a shock loss today.

With your type of thinking you may want to consider putting a few quid on Zimbabwe.

I take it your the kind of punter who likes backing 100-1 long shots at the horse races.

Very bad effort against Zimbabwe.

Hopefully knock off the Poms on early Saturday morning to keep the 20/20 world cup dream alive.

Oops.

Is this a glimpse of the future without the big guns?

I'm sure that you will beat us, but it needs to be a big margin if we're to go out on run rate.
