| Are we all expecting to win the 20/20 world cup easily ? Was just wondering how you think we will go in the 20/20 wc. Are you expecting a stroll in the park or a tough series. After been beaten by South Africa in a warm up i don't think it will change the result of the series. An easy tournament i think for the Aussies to claim the 1st ever 20/20 world cup and every possible cup in international cricket.

| because of the compressed format it's actually more wide open than the ODI WC. An individual player in 20/20 can put on a performance capable of lifting his side to victory over a weaker opposition easier than in one dayers. Aus could be cruising to victory only to have three wickets taken in one over or a batsemn could smack a 45 ball 80 to steal a run chase. I don't think any side should be too confident as the game brings the teams closer together. having sadi that aus are the favourites tho (for good reason). |
