Question Coaching Change

Do you think Bangladesh will or could become a better team if they make a coaching change?? I think they can maybe a guy like John Wright some one who has expernice of the game. I dont even know who there current coachs name is. I have seen him a lot but dont know his name. Any ways how much experince does this coahc have. Bangldesh needs some one that has experince and knows the game. So that Bangladesh becomes a better team. Maybe Wright maybe Mindad maybe a retired player like Darren Lehman??? WHo knows what do you think?? A COACHING CHANGE OR NO??

The way they played yesterday... i dont think they need to change anything.. yes they lost but they gave srilanka one hell of a fight with 265 chasing a score of 300 and that too against the likes of someone like murilitaran.. they might need a bowling coach though, waseem akram? they would do well with someone like him, some of their bowlers were not consistent enough.

Hi Uham

I voted "no", as I believe Dav Whatmore is a good coach. Yes, perhaps they could do with a bowling coach too... But then again, its still a young team, and as with Whatmore, a bowling coach will also only have so much to work with.

Like we agreed on in another thread, time is more what the Bangladeshi's need. Just a little more patience. Even Dav said earlier their focus is on the future and not immediate successes.

I think now is the best time to make a coaching change. This team is too good and to young there talent is being waste!!! John Wright is my choice. And I belive Bangladesh has been knocked out of the ICC chapions trophy they played so well but no victory. COACHING CHANGE

i feel even if john wright replaces(hypothetically)dave whatmore i dont see any dramatic changes in their performance
just by changing coaches nothing going to happen
the players of bangladesh needs to look at themselves and understand how easily they are throwing away their wickets while batting
as far as their bowling there are definitely some improvement but their batting still lacks consistency and good shot selection
people also should stop expect players like ashraful or habibul to be the next superstars of world cricket
i really don't see ashraful any worth for the team he keep on throwing his wickets away through mindless silly shots
for me the aftab ahmed and shariar nafees will be the players to watch for the future
not the over rated ashraful
