Yes - i fired them this morning after reading your post.

The youth pull is managed by the 'club info' page, you click on that, and on the left hand side there's info about the youth pull. You can only do one a week, so at the moment it says we've done our youth pull for the week. At some point today or tomorrow that will change to say that we can do a youth pull!

Andy, I think we should unload the Financial Advisors. They will earn interest for you provided you have surplus cash. We are in the red and each week the income from interest is zero. Why do we need them?

Okay, but I'd rather swap the advisors for a couple of Sports Psychologists right now because we have a big game coming up which could give us #1 if we win it. If we finish #1 then we will also need to playoff for promotion. Given this scenario, I'd like a couple of Sports Psychologists to lift the morale and confidence of the team as well as improve the concentration of the batsmen and consistency of the bowlers.

Well, I've bitten the bullet and hired a fitness coach and a sports psychologist. From reading the 'help' file on the site with regards to coaching, the Psychologists only work in tandem with the fitness coaches. I've given Adu the benefit of the fitness coaching session as he's weak in stamina and also in concentration and consistency, which the psychologist helps to improve. On top of this, as Adu is one of our 17 year olds, he's more likely to feel the benefit whilst Antoine, the other key 17 year old we have has decent concentration and consistency and thus the benefit would not be quite so important.

I'm hoping that with a bit more concentration, Adu can up his average from 27.78 - he's a better player than that average suggests!

Psychologists work in tandem with everything but fitness coaches, they are most effective with keeping and fielding coaches.
