I know, not looking good. Looks like we'll have to rely on Binnion to dig us out of it again.

Hmmmm. Considering as we only took 3 wickets, conceding only 300 runs wasn't too bad a result. To be honest, I'm embarrassed that we let Moore score 153 not out though!

Oh dear, oh dear. An abject performance by CECC; possibly the worst in our history! Keswick amass 300 - 3 and CECC couldn't cope with chasing the target, all out for 58! The only players to emerge with any credit were Wright, who took 3 good wickets and Midworth who put in an economical bowling stint. Binnion top scored with 25 for CECC, followed by Extras with 11.

We have some work to do, it seems.

Andy, if you don't mind I've put Cranie in for the second keeping net session, so that he and Kent have one each. Change it back if you like, I thought it was a good idea.

It's reasonable for a good batsman to protect the tail when more runs are needed but it would have been asking a lot of Binnion to hog the strike and protect the rest of the team from facing the Bees bowlers.
