Early Season Youth Pull

So, it's season 6 and we've had a chance (yesterday) to do our first youth pulls of the season. We at CECC had saved up 70 ITS and used 35 to get this chap:

Code:
Francis Clairmonte - 17 yo, BT Rating=3,759
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, fresh
A cautious player with abysmal leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
 Batting: mediocre Concentration: worthless
 Bowling: mediocre Consistency: feeble
 Fielding: feeble
He's getting a batting and bowling net, as with 12 ITS in batting and bowling he's possibly close to competent in either, and could be an especially good bowler, though his concentration will need work. We have 35 more ITS so we'll try again for an all-rounder next week, to replace Wright who is getting stamina training this season to get him through this one and however long of next before Clairmonte or next week's pull overtakes him.

So, what was your first pull like? Last season we had a gem (Acton) who is progressing nicely, but Clairmonte is decently balanced for 35 ITS.

Rhys Lamacq (1057900)
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, fresh
A destructive player with proficient leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For:Little Australia
Nationality:England
Age:17 Years Old
Battrick Rating:4,636
Wages:£500 p/w

Stamina:mediocre WicketKeeping:worthless
Batting:worthless Concentration:woeful
Bowling:competent Consistency:mediocre

I was after a spin bowler which I got - so was happy with that side of things. Would have been nice to get a respectable Bowling but Competent will be fine - well untill next week when I try again. Unfortunately I have another bowler who can not bat.

Just give him a batting net until he reaches abysmal, but he's a very good bowling prospect - our Matthew Antoine (now Quality with a BTR of 23K) was around that when he was pulled and only ever had 1 bowling net.

Of course, if you don't want him you could make a couple of hundred thousand on the transfer market, with his bowling and stamina being good for a new pull.

I will have 2 bowling and 1 fielding on him, I am after two bowling spots for trianing and both will have the 2 bowling and 1 fielding slots on them.

I still have 65 ITS and am buying 10 each week - which means I will be abole to pull another two in the next two weeks and then no ITS in the third pull and then a full ITS pull again in the fourth. So I have three more chances of getting a better trainee - if not he will do.

Only problem is I will not have any nets spare to give a bowler a batting net as my other 4 are on a batting Wicket keeper who at the momment is a proficient (Batsman) and Strong (Wicket keeper).
