I have always had my pitches on dusty when im playing at home. You are right I do better when the pitches are dusty at least with the ball.

Oh it has not gotten much better, I have had a couple of good friendlies.

Currently in this match my team is batting and we are 2/273 off 46 overs, so things are looking on the up.

Hello the loser update is that I dont want to mention how badly i am going, but on the good side is that one of my young players has not reached the point of Proficient in his spin bowling. But his stamina is bad so I have to work on his fitness, due to him being young (17 years old) should I sell him if he reaches strong and has decent fitness or should I just keep him because he is a promising player.

Jason Kealey - 17 yo, BT Rating=8,260 RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, proficient batting form, superb bowling form, fairA cautious player with superb leadership skills and worthless experience.

Stamina: Worthless, Batting Worthless, Bowling Proficient, Fielding Abysmalm, WK Worthless, Concentration feeble, Consistency Respectable

Im very confused how the nets work exactly and also the coaches

I currently have 4 bowling coaches, 4 batting coaches, 3 fielding coaches, 1 wicket keeping coach, 3 fitness coaches, 1 Sport Psychologist, 1 PR Officers, 1 Financial Advisor.

Session 1 Bowling - Jermain Peters
Session 2 Batting - Raymond Themba
Session 3 Fitness - Jason Kealey
Session 4 Fielding - Lawrence Briers
Session 5 Keeping - Raymond Themba
Session 6 Bowling - Jason Kealey
Session 7 Batting - Lawrence Briers
Session 8 Bowling - Vic Kewell
Session 9 Batting - Fred Cawson
Session 10 Fielding - Vic Kewell
Any advice anyone????

Ok, firstly clarrification on nets you have;

You can only use 10 nets and you are stating you have the following;

I currently have 4 bowling coaches, 4 batting coaches, 3 fielding coaches, 1 wicket keeping coach, 3 fitness coaches.

That would mean you have 15 nets - if that is correct you are paing for 5 nets that you can not use - this would be costing you 12,500 a week - if that is the case sack those coach's.

Now when training you should have some type of system in regards to training. The one I am using is as follows;

Player A
1 x Stamina
2 x Primary
1 x Fielding

Player B
1 x Stamina
2 x Primary
1 x Fielding

Player C
1 x Primary

Player D
1 x Primary

Now the way this works is my 17 year old player will be player A, Then when the season changes my Player A becomes Player B and a new 17 Year old takes Player A Position. While Player B goes to C and C goes to D and D receives no more training.

In your case Player A would be Jason Kealy.

So for you I would have

Jason Kealy
1 x Stamina
2 x Bowling
1 x Fielding

Vic Kewell
1 x Stamina
2 x Bowling
1 x Fielding

Jermain Peters
2 x Bowling

I would not train anyone over 20 years old, unless they are very high in a primary or you are looking at getting there Stamina up.

17 year olds train the fastest - therefore, the most nets are on your 17 year old - you have no 18 yearold so your best 19 yearold (Kewell) gets the 18 year olds nets. And as you have no one else trainable Peters gets the 20 year olds nets.

So when the season changes, you will stop training Peters and his 2 nets goes to Kewell, Kewell's nets go to Kealy and you new 17 year old will get Kealy's nets - the new player next season I would be looking at a batsman.

So if you follow this training advise you would then have;

2 Stamina (Fitness Coach's)
6 Bowling
2 Fielding

Be warned - changing your nets around is expensive as you will pay for the coachs when you fire and hire them.
