Peters could be good with better secondaries, possibly give him 1 bowling, 1 stamina and 1 fielding net.
Kewell will be one of your better players for the first year or so, and with a bit of training could possibly bowl. While you have spare nets you could give him 1 bat, 1 bowl and 1 field.
If you need spare nets for a youth pull, start by removing Kewells bowling.
Thats what I suggested at the start, I dont know if youve got any new players but I think what Ive put would still stand. Also get more Sports Psychs if you can afford the increased wages (£1500 each, look to add at least 5 if possible). Dont worry about changing the nets around as its a one off payment so you should be fine as long as you are making profits over a 2 week period. Peters desparately needs secondaries so make sure you have a bowling AND a fielding on him otherwise he will have a very unbalanced primary/secondary.

That's awful Quagmire! Its tough to get ahead in battrick as a late starter at the best of times without being fined $100k unfairly!

Have you appealed to their better nature? Surely they can do an IP address check and prove that the purchaser isn't you?

To be honest, I've heard that the battrick moderators can be a bit gung-ho with deleting accounts etc. Its one reason I've never told my other half about the game - two teams with the same IP address accessing them soon get canned on there.

If you tell them theres going to be more than one team using the IP its not a problem. Me and my brother do it, the only restriction is we cant transfer between the sides. Shame really because Killen and Chapman would fit nicely in my team.

Can somebody please point me to the detailed pitch type explanation (expanded over the one on the Tripod site)? IIRC it was in some of the guide sites mentioned here, but I can't find it right now.

The rules on the battrick site explain them breifly, theres a site called jumpers for wickets which may have a more in depth article in them. The rules are found under the help tab on the main battrick navigation bar, jumpers for wickets is found by clicking 'community' then 'links' and find it in the list.
