Your man Kealey is a good player believe it or not. He needs Stamina URGENTLY. Feeble stamina is not enough for him to play well when you are obviously giving him nets and he's playing every game. This needs to be at least Mediocre... Stamina is very important, and even the best player will play awfully when they're fatigued.

How do you build up him stamina, do you use fitness training?

Ok I am fed up with Jason Kealey

Is it too late to sell him because he has been no good statistically, no one will buy him am I right? Ive been working on his stamina, with no success. Other players like Peters have improved this season taking top order wickets for very little runs but Kealey has just been consistantly failing with the ball.

18 years old, BT rating 25,747

Stamina : mediocre
Batting : worthless
Bowling : Superb
Fielding : Competent
WK : Worthless
Concentration : Competent
Consistency : superb

OD
Career: 188 overs, 6 wickets at 200.33 Sr 190.17, Econ 6.39, Best 2-66

20/20
Career: 30 overs, 0 wickets, 337 runs against, Econ 11.23, best 0-17

If I do decide to sell him what is he worth

What's his form? I've got a great player with quality batting and he can't score a run because he's in such poor form... I'm not sure how to improve it.

Probably worth seeing what hif PFL is as well, if hes knackered going into games he wont perform. I certainly wouldnt sell him (although if you want to flog him to me I'll have him). What nets is he on? I'd possibly consider not playing him in anything but the biggest games for you until his stamina is around respectable/proficient as it should give him time to recover.

You're probably training him a tad too hard if you going to play him week in, week out. I've just checked and seen his PFL is "exhausted" - it's little wonder he isn't performing!

Dare I ask, but how many nets is he on and at what training intensity? At the moment I rest him from matches for a couple of weeks at least, like I'm doing with Ince whose PFL's down to moderate.

BTW - I wouldn't mind having him either.

I thought I was resting him, for a couple of weeks where I was not looking at battrick but he was on my default list and he was. I had him with one bowling and one fitness on 100% intensity. I am not playing him this week, and not training him.

Here is the information you guys asked for.

Jason Kealy 18yo

RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, strong bowling form, exhusted, a cautious player with superb leadership skills and abysmal experience.

How much do you guys think he would be worth?

My Team name is Omond CC - any help would be fantastic.

And he's got Superb Leadership skills? Bloody hell, Quagmire, he's a bloody good player. Just let him build his fitness back up (his form is fine). Leave him on a fitness net to build up his stamina, but don't play him until his fitness is back up to the top pretty much.

Is there any way you can change your players names?
